Put in a maintenance request for a leaky faucet on a Sunday night and it was fixed Monday before lunch. That's the whole review.

The renovated kitchens are real, not just new paint. Quartz, new cabinets, the works. The pool courtyard is where everyone ends up on weekends.

Marcus T. · Resident, 8 months
Maria, leasing manager: Thanks Marcus! See you at the fire pit.

Love the walk to State Street and the dog run. Only knock: the carports fill up after 7pm, so the paid garage is worth it if you get home late.

Priya S. · Resident, 1 year
Maria, leasing manager: Fair point, Priya. We added six more garage spots in March, and the waitlist is now about two weeks.
★★★☆☆

Great staff, but our classic unit's laundry room trip got old. Ask for a renovated home if in-unit laundry matters to you.

Kevin L. · Former resident
Maria, leasing manager: Thank you, Kevin. We now list classic and renovated homes separately with their own prices, so nobody is surprised.

Toured on a Saturday, applied that afternoon, approved Tuesday. They texted me every step so I never had to chase anyone.

Our townhome's little yard is the reason we picked Tangelo. The dog thinks it's his.

Neighborhood

Walk to downtown. Train to everywhere.

Real places, real walking times, measured along real streets from our front door.

Heads up: it's a 1980s two-story garden community, renovated. There are no elevators, most homes get a carport rather than a garage, and you can hear the Arrow train's horn from the north-side homes. Ask for a courtyard-side home if you're a light sleeper.
